Multiply the recipe to prep extras for the week.
500g chicken mince
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1 egg
1 tsp dried oregano
Pinch of pepper
1 cup tomato passata
1 cup grated cheese
5 cherry tomatoes, rinsed and sliced

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper. 
Mark as complete

Combine the chicken, mozzarella, egg and oregano in a mixing bowl and roll into approx. 12 balls.

Flatten each ball on the lined tray to form a circle.

Bake for 12-15 mins, swapping the trays around halfway through cooking. Remove from the oven.

Top with tomato passata, cheese and tomato slices and return to the oven for 5-8 mins until the cheese has melted.
