Multiply the recipe to prep extras for the week.
1 cup (110g) rolled oats
½ cup (80g) pepitas
120g Medjool dates (6), pitted
150g grated carrot (1 large)
¼ cup (35g) sultanas
1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp (40ml) fresh orange juice
Garnishing :
White or dark chocolate to drizzle on top (optional)

Directions

1.
Place oats and pepitas in a high-speed food processor and process until meal consistency is reached.
Mark as complete

Add the rest of the ingredients and process until well combined.
Mark as complete

Roll into small balls and place onto a tray lined with baking paper.

Freeze for 30 mins then drizzle with melted white chocolate (optional).
