Ingredients

Multiply the recipe to prep extras for the week.
1 cup (255g) Greek yoghurt
2 tbsp (40g) honey or maple syrup
1 ½ cups (190g) frozen mixed berries
1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
200g dark chocolate (>70%), melted

Directions

Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy or until it reaches your desired texture. Alternatively mix all ingredients by hand without blending - if you don’t mind texture.

Spoon dollops of the mix onto the baking paper and freeze for 2-3 hours.

Dip into melted chocolate and place back into the freezer until chocolate has set.

Notes

Storing leftovers: Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 4 months.
Prep tips: Alternatively, pour the mix into popsicle moulds. You can also add a wooden popsicle stick to your blob to create popsicles.
Allergies: For a dairy-free version: Swap Greek yoghurt with coconut or soy yoghurt.
Easy ingredient swaps: Swap berries for fruit of choice.
