MANDY'S TAKE
“With nearly 40% sugar, ultra-processed ingredients, and virtually no nutritional benefit, this product earns one of our lowest possible ratings. While it may look colourful and convenient, it’s essentially a sugary cereal bar disguised as a child-friendly snack.
The only redeeming feature is the use of natural colours, but that doesn’t outweigh the potential harm of marketing this kind of product as a lunchbox option for kids. In fact, it contains less protein and fibre than even high-sugar breakfast cereals like Coco Pops or Froot Loops.
Kids deserve better — and so do their lunchboxes. I recommend avoiding this one wherever possible, or saving it for special occasions like birthday parties.”

Strawberry Muesli Bars
Introducing my delightful and nutritious Strawberry Muesli Bars! Packed with wholesome ingredients like oats, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, and sweetened naturally with honey, these
THE VERDICT
With nearly 40% sugar and a long list of ultra-processed ingredients, this is essentially a confectionery bar disguised as a lunchbox snack. The use of natural colours is the only redeeming feature in what is otherwise a nutritional disaster. When a so-called “cereal bar” contains less fibre than the sugary cereals it’s modelled on, something has gone seriously wrong. This is a clear example of how kids’ food marketing can mislead parents and overshadow real nutritional quality, which is why it’s one we recommend avoiding.
